Featuring an added layer of flavor and structure after fermenting on its grape skins, this Chardonnay-forward wine delivers familiar flavors of pear layered with warm notes of vanilla and butterscotch. The slight oak addition further highlights the skins and leads to a full finish, while its acidity will cut through a goat cheese or crème brûlée quite nicely.
