Wine Educator, Rachel, tested her skills with a brunch-worthy pairing. Rachel's winning combination was '17 Harbinger and a Vegetarian Quiche with balsamic roasted strawberries!
General Manager, Corey, crafted two dishes alongside the tropical '19 Vignoles. His main dish was a Vegetable Tempura with Tomato and White Sultana Chutney. He also came prepped with Yellow Spring Farm’s “Cloud Nine” Goat Cheese with an Asian Pear Spread.
